Exchange Policy

We are sorry to hear that your recent item is not working out. Please place a replacement order for a new size, color, or even a new item of equal or greater value.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and must be exchanged according to the below policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Place the replacement order via this online store. Please note in the comment section that you have an exchange item for pick up at your dealership. 
  2. Take the item for exchange to the designated pick up area (typically with an admin or receptionist) at your dealership along with the original packing slip. Our delivery person will pick this up at the next scheduled delivery to your dealership.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All items must have the original tags and have been ordered within 30 days to be exchanged
  • Employees will be billed for the replacement item and a credit will be issued once the replacement order is placed and the exchange item is received at Accents
  • No exchanges on personalized items (names on coats, initials on cuffs, etc.)
  • Items may be exchanged for an alternate size, color, or item; they may not be returned outright for a refund
